Eligibility Requirements
Senior professionals who have over five years of experience in corporate finance are eligible to apply. You must be currently working in a corporate finance role or another relevant role where corporate finance forms a substantial part of that role and in a senior management and/or leadership level position.
Within your application, you will need to give details of six transactions and/or deals on which you have played a senior lead role (for example partner, principal, director, managing director), three of which must have been completed in the last three years. You will also need to provide three peer references. Members from below below-mentioned professional bodies are eligible for CR qualification.

Procedure for obtaining Corporate Finance (CF) Qualification based on experience
To initiate your application for the CF Qualification experience route, you are required to fulfill the Examination of Experience (EoE). This comprehensive process entails detailing and substantiating six transactions and/or deals undertaken within the last five years (counted five years back from your application date), with at least three of these having been finalized within the past three years. Alongside this, you are expected to provide your curriculum vitae (CV) illustrating your CR experience, formatted as per the application’s guidelines.
