Overview

This topic is uniquely focused on the motivation of the employees. The employee motivation delineates the basic enthusiasm of the employee toward his work and the given incentive for completion of the work. The motivation of the employees in relation to work is a blend between satisfying the requirements of the employer and the prospect from work and workplace factors that add to the motivation of the employee.

Any organization can increase the morale of its employees by rewarding and giving proper acknowledgments. The organization can motivate its employees in different ways like giving support, rewarding monetary incentives, increasing the working conditions etc.

The employees are the livelihood of an organization. The feelings they have about their work and the results from that work have a direct impact on the performance of the organization and its reliability and future. If for example, the employees of a given organization are properly motivated and very proactive, they will do any necessary work in order to achieve the prescribed goals and also keep track of their overall performance in the organization so they can address any potential challenges that may arise.

The student needs to assess the processes of action that they will follow in order to meet all the necessary requirements, this is possible by a thorough planning in the beginning of the RAP.

The student needs to prepare the overall contents of their RAP under topic 6 so that they flow in a logical sense,  and cover all the tasks that the student needs to adhere to. The student needs to complete their RAP based on the information provided straight from the management of the selected organization (the primary sources of information) along with various other relevant secondary sources of information (online sources, newspapers, journals, books, etc). For topic 6, the availability of information from the primary source is essential as this topic can’t be completed unless specific information on the selected organization is obtained. The student needs to ensure that they have access to numerous information from the management of the selected organization and there are no confidentiality issues with this information.

The student needs to carefully consider selecting this topic for their RAP, as all the requirements of this topic are only met if the student has access to enough relevant information on the selected organization. If there are any issues in providing the required information during the preparatory stage of the RAP, the student should consider choosing a different topic, as the improper information can lead to low-quality RAP and low grades or even failure of the RAP.
